·        Manage Fixed  Service Optimization actions.

·        Manage and monitor  optimization providers, defining SLA objectives

·        Define continuous improvement processes and network  KPIs, based on detailed knowledge of the network and its parameters.

·        Evolve the analytics and automation of the service KPIs of the Fixed network

·        Lead network initiatives related to user experience improvement

·        Actively collaborate with the areas of Network, Data, Cockpit, O&M, ATC and Business

 

·        Develop guidelines and evolve data models for network optimization processes

·        Fixed quality of service monitoring based on passive/active probes, network KPIs, customer complaints.

·        Propose service and functional improvements based on the characteristics and availability of new technology (IP, Core, Wi-Fi access, band steer, ...)

·        Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to correct and avoid network incidents.

·        Develop initiatives and strategies that allow the most efficient use  of IP network resources, Transmission and Fixed Access.

·        Lead optimization actions to avoid impact on the quality of service in the event of anomalies of high traffic load.

·        Interlocution with suppliers.

·        Lead initiatives to improve customer experience, benchmarking and official reporting to the Ministry (based on active probes)

·        Establish and follow compliance with Quality and SLA objectives,  and continuous improvement processes in collaboration with the Planning and Engineering teams.

·        Preparation  of reports for the different committees of the company

1.      Regulated Training:

a.      Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent

2.      Minimum experience required

a.      5 years of proven experience in a position of similar activity

b.      Experience in fixed network projects

c.      Experience in Project Management and Agile Methodology

3.      Other Knowledge:

a.      Network Operator Architecture: (BRAS, BNG, Peering, Cache...)

b.      Exploitation of databases. (Big Query, Datastudio, Power BI)

c.      Management and communication protocols

d.      Fixed Service monitoring and optimization tools.

e.      Customer Service Processes and Tools

 

4.      Languages:

a.      Fluent English, spoken and written and Spanish.

5.      Location: Madrid
