Role
1. As the project manager, guide the internal/partner team and manage the customer expectation . 2. Tracking and Support bidding/delivery projects ,analyze customer needs and breakdown into action plans 3. Key risk identification and cost optimization for competition &win Solar projects 4. Secure the efficient and on-time delivery of Solar projects, with the good manage and balance the cost/quality/progress
Skill requirement
1. Have customer-facing work capabilities and strong promotion capabilities. 2. Strong communication and expression skills and understand customer need 3. Passionate, brave to accept challenges, strong ability to withstand pressure 4. Fluent French/English
Professional Knowledeg requirement
Proven expericence for large solar projects(>1MWc) in France , preferred the previous PM for Solar EPC company. Excellent knowledge and management skills in following aspect are expected: 1, Deep understanding of end-to-end solar energy services from engineering, procurement, to construction, including designing the system, giving procurement details about the system, and installing it. 2,After delivering the functional solar system, perform regular checks and continuous maintenance to ensure solar system works at optimum efficiency. 3, Good understanding of project cost breakdown for E2E solar project in French market
